2. How many guests can the property accommodate? The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring 4 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

3. Is the holiday home family-friendly? Yes, the home is designed with families in mind, offering spacious common areas, child-friendly furniture, and outdoor spaces for play. Please note that children must be supervised at all times, especially near water features and the fireplace.

4. What recreational activities are available on the estate? Guests can enjoy golfing on the premier 18-hole course, fly-fishing in the estate’s trout-stocked dams, scenic hiking and cycling trails, and wildlife viewing. The estate also offers a clubhouse with dining options.

5. Are pets allowed? Regrettably, pets are not permitted to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and maintain the pristine condition of the property.

6. What is the check-in and check-out policy? Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests can be accommodated subject to availability and prior approval.

7. Is housekeeping service provided? Yes, housekeeping services are provided for stays longer than 3 nights. Daily housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost.

8. What is the cancellation policy? Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in will incur a 50% charge.

9. Are there dining options nearby? In addition to the estate’s clubhouse restaurant, there are several highly recommended restaurants and cafes within a short drive that offer local and international cuisine.

10. How do I make a reservation? Reservations can be made directly through our website or by contacting us via phone or email. We recommend booking well in advance due to high demand, especially during peak holiday seasons.

11. Are there any special rules or restrictions? Guests are expected to adhere to the estate’s community rules, which include respecting quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, no smoking indoors, and proper disposal of waste. Detailed guidelines will be provided upon booking confirmation.
